You are entitled to a full refund should we not list your cattery within 7 working days from the time you paid us and payment cleared and was approved.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate information. Any future changes to your listing or page will incur additional service charges. You are however entitled to make 1 free update per year, at the time of renewing your cat-breeder directory listing, to your contact data. We will not refund for erroneous submission you made. Once your data is published on our site no refunds will be provided.
