You will shortly get a confirmation email from our payment processor.
Once we make sure all’s well and that you are fully approved by our processor, we’ll set up for your cat its contest page – unless you have requested to opt out of it.
Expect it to be ready within 72h, unless we’re overwhelmed with entrants, in which case it might be a few days longer to process your entry.
We’ll email you the link and tips on how to promote your cat, as soon as we’ve processed your entry.
We’re very excited to have you as a member and to feature your cat in our book!
Please make sure to white-list our email address. If you do not see any emails from us first thing you should do prior to contacting our support is to check your bin or spam folder.
IMPORTANT NOTE regarding support:
You may contact our support at any point, if you have any issues.
However, to avoid bottle-necking our support with unnecessary tasks, please make sure you save all your entry information and receipts in a safe place on your computer, where you can easily find it again later.
Especially the link to your cats’ page on our site.
If you cannot find the link for some reason, go to our site and search for it under the relevant category topic (See for example: Cutest Cats contest entrants, Beauties in B&W entrants – You can bookmark the page link by pressing on “Control” + “D” buttons on your computer’s keyboard after the page opens).
FYI: We will NOT later on change photos or text that was submitted by you via the entry registration form.
